Leadership and Governance

Employee Performance and Compensation

Employees pay is influenced by many factors including skills, experience, salary history, education, nature and scope of the job, performance and the Company’s budgetary needs. Wage and salary increases are based, on a number of factors, including the Company’s financial well-being, performance and wages with our industry. Length of service may also be among the factors considered. Raises are determined at the discretion of the Company. A good performance review neither guarantees a raise nor promises continued employment with the Company. Labcon has established an employee benefit program designed to assist employees and their eligible dependents in meeting the financial burdens that can result from illness, disability, and death. The program, includes group health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.

Safety and Heathly Work Life

It is the intention of the Company’s top management to provide safe and healthy working conditions and to establish and insist upon safe practice at all times by all employees. It is the policy of Labcon that accident prevention shall be considered of primary importance in all phases of operation and administration. It is Labcon’s intent always to maintain an effective program for guarding against employee injury and illness. To be successful, proper attitudes toward accident prevention on everyone's part is required. Success in all safety and health matters also depends upon cooperation among management, all employees, and also between each employee and fellow workers.
