| The products you get from us receive various biological tests before they are allowed to be shipped to you. In addition, our lab tests products in development to see if they will offer you additional value. We also test resins and processing aides before we ever offer these to you.

Many people offer "Certified" product today that makes some claim of being free of RNase/DNase or other contaminants. Nearly all of these claims are based on random samples taken every few months or weeks at the start of the manufacturing process when the product has been handled the least. Labcon tests every lot of product that is certified at the END of final packaging when all handling is completed. This means our certification actually has meaning. It also means we test significantly more product much more often to guarantee you truly PURE product. | |||||||||

| Labcon maintains a fully staffed microbiology testing laboratory in our Petaluma facility. By operating our own laboratory we are able to test a much broader range of items far more frequently than other manufacturers. This also gives us much better insight into the use of our labware that we then use to design better products.
We test our products using well established protocols that have been established by the life science industry or we use U.S.P. or ISO methods if they exist. |
